Start with the stuff bag, a waterproof bag with a roll down closer, the small air plug at the base allows the air to escape. Also acts as a pillow.

The sleeping bag it's self is a mummy cut but still giving plenty of room to move around. Unzip it all the way round and use it as a quilt. The fabric has a EX3 treatment, meaning it will help keep away Mosquito's & Bedbugs, the antibacterial part will help prevent the build up of odour on the that long trip. The two small pocket on the bag will be handy security pockets.
