Leki Nordic Walking Prestige Poles (pair). The Prestige is a two-part telescopic pole that can be adjusted from 100 - 130cm. With a high strength, low weight aluminium shaft, the Prestige is a fantastic all round Nordic walking pole.
The 2-component handle of the Prestige consists of a hard plastic enclosure and a synthetic cork handle surface. The strap can be individually adjusted and is easy to detach with one simple move thanks to the trigger system, so that you can easily reach your drinking bottle or tissue. The Prestige features a hard metal tip for use on softer surfaces or for use on harder surfaces there is a high gip rubber feral.
Nordic Walking is a specific fitness technique and is not to be confused with trekking, hill walking or trail running as the poles are not planted in front of the walker/runner but in a specific way that increases the use of the upper body. It can be done by anybody, anywhere and does not require expensive equipment or clothing.
