For the parents, the Kid Comfort III offers high levels of practicality. It boasts generous storage capacity, both in the large under seat main compartment, side mesh pockets and zipped waist pocket. All the harness straps have easy to use, quick release buckles in stand out yellow. The sturdy frame support now locks in place with an easy to use push release mechanism, offering maximum stability during loading.
The Kid Comfort III also offers a high level of comfort for the wearer. It has a Vari Quick adjustable back system, which can be adjusted depending on the wearers height. It has anatomically shaped shoulder straps with 3D mesh lining for maximum comfort when you are carrying the little one on a long day in the hills. It also has Vari Flex hip fins have been which now offer an even more comfortable, snug fit. They sit perfectly and diligently follow every movement the wearer makes. Really pleased with the carrier. We had seen the Kid Comfort II in our local store but glad we spent the little bit extra for the 'III'. The integrated hood is excellent and completely hidden when not in use and stowed in the zipped pocket at the top of the headrest. The harness is a little fiddly and still a bit big for our 7 month old little boy even on the smallest settings (he is on the 50th centile for wieght and height) but he can still quite comfortably ride without wobbling about too much. The padded face rest is very soft and will hopefully be very useful when out on longer walks . The seat is nicely padded and forms a wide seat base (being the reason we choose this make over others as we didn't like the 'sling' effect that the Bushbaby/LittleLife models had between the baby's legs and the consequent stresses this may cause on young developing spines). Lots of useful pockets and comfortable, easy to adjust straps for the wearer. Overall quite heavy but okay as long as it is adjusted correctly for the parent. The stand is nice and sturdy. Would definitely recommend this product if you plan to use it for lots of outdoor walks and activities." Rating:
